About
She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology from Özyeğin University. During her undergraduate years, she participated in various research projects, both in Turkey and in Europe. She co-authored an article on gender roles and autonomy at Cardiff University, UK, as part of her Erasmus+ internship in 2017. This article was published in the Journal of Health Psychology. She completed her master's degree in "Clinical Psychology for Individuals, Families, and Organizations" at the University of Bergamo in Italy. She wrote her master's thesis on "the quarter-life crisis in young adults during the pandemic and the emotional effects of living with their family on their mental health." She worked as an intern clinical psychologist at "Opera San Francesco per i Poveri (OSF)" in Milan. She actively provides therapy with adults using the Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) approach.
