Stress Test
DASS21 is a psychological test that includes 7 items measuring stress symptoms that have been present for the past 1 week. DASS-21 was developed by Lovibond and colleagues in 1995.
Please read each statement and choose a number 0, 1, 2 or 3 which indicates how much the statement applied to you over the past week. There are no right or wrong answers.
1 - I tended to over-react to situations.
2 - I found it hard to wind down.
3 - I felt that I was using a lot of nervous energy.
4 - I felt that I was rather touchy.
5 - I found it difficult to relax.
6 - I was intolerant of anything that kept me from getting on with what I was doing.
7 - I found myself getting agitated.
